Claire is a Certified Nurse-Midwife who is originally from Kansas City, Missouri. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Rockhurst University in 2017 and worked as a nurse for over 8 years in settings including labor and delivery, postpartum, and the NICU. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Texas Tech University in 2025 and became board-certified in Nurse-Midwifery. She is passionate about supporting women in all stages of life and strives to make sure her patients always feel listened to and cared for. Claire enjoys seeking out opportunities to better support her patients, and is currently in the process of becoming certified as a Lactation Consultant. She is excited to be in Traverse City and to explore all that northern Michigan has to offer. In her free time she enjoys gardening, nature walks, cooking, and relaxing at home with her fiancé and two cats.
