Additional locations

Our main office is located in Traverse City. For our patient convenience, as of May 1st 2024, we will offer a Certified Nurse Mid-Wife clinic at two locations; Kalkaska (513 S. Cedar St.) and  Beulah (269 N. Michigan Ave. (US 31), at the Kids Creek Children’s Clinic.

One of our Certified Nurse Mid-Wives will have office hours at each location weekly, from 9a -3p for Ob patients only. Please note; some appointment restrictions will apply. 

These appointments will be scheduled by our Traverse City office staff for both locations.  When you arrive at the CNM clinic, you may enter the building and wait in the waiting room until the CNM calls you back for your appointment.
