Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and there is a physician available 24 hours a day for emergencies and pregnancy-related questions. After hours, one of our physicians can be reached by calling Munson Medical Center’s main number: 935-5000. When scheduling an appointment, please be as specific as possible regarding the nature of your visit so we may set aside sufficient time for your visit. If you find you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as early as possible.
Patient Fees
While fees vary based on services provided, our fees consistently rank below national averages and are extremely competitive in the local market. (Please note that hospital, radiological and laboratory fees are billed separately and are not always included with your physician’s fees.)
Billing/Insurance
We participate with Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Priority Health and most major health insurance providers. For plans in which we do not participate, we are more than happy to assist patients in completing claim forms so they can be reimbursed appropriately. A full time billing and accounts representative is available to answer any questions you may have regarding insurance issues and reimbursement. Payment for non-covered services is expected at the time of service and we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
