WE PARTICIPATE with Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Priority Health and most major health insurance providers. For plans in which we do not participate, we are more than happy to assist patients in completing claim forms so they can be reimbursed appropriately. A full time billing and accounts representative is available to answer any questions you may have regarding insurance issues and reimbursement. Payment for non-covered service and co-pays for covered service is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
